Exhibitions

2021/2022 My own personal “exhibition” via social media. A solo art challenge to daily create an artwork for 100 days….unofficially named The Creative Flow Challenge.

Start date: 7th October 2021

All artworks are created using a variety of mediums…sometimes inks, pencil-crayons & oil pastels , sometimes cyanotype and sometimes all of them together! I mostly use hot pressed watercolour paper in either A4 or A3 size depending on my subject matter and inspiration.

Here are some of the artworks I have created so far:

I am loving the Creative Flow Challenge and I have happily (and excitedly) reached my 47 days out of 100! FAB-U-LOUS!! Some days I do more than one creation (sometimes there’s two artworks per day that are worth exhibiting). I will continue to add in chunks of artworks as I create.

All works are for sale and thanks to my very supportive fan club quite a few have been sold already. If there’s anything that catches your eye….follow me on Instagram for my latest postings, or have a look at my Art Shop where you will find prints available of the more popular artworks.

2020/2021 Zeitz MOCAA Silo District, Cape Town Waterfront “Home is where the art is…” 22nd October 2020 – end October 2021.

An exhibition “by and for Capetonians”. All Capetonians, artists or not, were invited to submit a single artwork. What a brilliant concept to inspire our lovers of art during a tricky year! Well done Zeitz Team!

‘Fynbos Murmuration’ (oil & gold leaf on canvas / 2 x 1 metre ) was the artwork I submitted to this exhibition.

I’m happy to say that this painting has been sold to one of the main inspirers of the painting and will be flying off to the UK to bring joy to a wonderful storyteller and poet.

2019/2020 You & I Art Gallery , Main Road, Sea Point is currently exhibiting my work. Huge thanks to Henry and Mark for inviting me to exhibit in their beautiful gallery.

One of my commitments is to be part of the Epilepsy Warriors in the world that educate the general public on what epilepsy is all about, and how to help and not harm. Here are some of my YouTube clips which may help you understand epilepsy a bit more:
